Ceramic tooth restoration is the restoration of teeth with the help of veneers, crowns and inlays made in a dental laboratory from a strong ceramic mass.

The use of ceramic inlays gives a more reliable and aesthetic result compared to traditional fillings. They are made on the chewing surface of the lateral teeth.

Two visits to the dentist are required to restore a tooth with a ceramic inlay.

During the first visit and the consultation, the possibility of installing the inlay is determined, then under the action of a local anesthetic, the tooth is prepared under the inlay, impressions are taken and a temporary filling is placed.

In the dental laboratory, a inlay is made of low-temperature ceramics, based on previously taken impressions, which is as close as possible to healthy dental tissue in terms of its characteristics.

During the second visit, the ceramic inlay is fixed on the dental cement.
