Payment Methods
Payment for services at DentalKnysh Clinic can be made using the following methods:
- cash;
- bank card;
- online through the LiqPay payment system.
When Payment Is Made
Payment for dental services is made after a consultation and approval of the treatment plan with the patient.
Payment may be made:
- directly at the clinic in cash or by bank card;
- online through the LiqPay payment system.
For certain types of treatment that involve a long-term process or the fabrication of custom-made restorations (veneers, crowns, dental implants, orthodontic treatment), an advance payment or staged payment may be required according to the agreed treatment plan.

Dental services are provided exclusively at the DentalKnysh Clinic located at:

Delivery of dental services is not applicable.
Certain oral care products may be sold through the clinic’s online store with delivery available according to the terms specified on the relevant product pages.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the terms of the agreement between the patient and the clinic.
To request a refund or resolve issues related to a refund, please contact the clinic administration using the phone number or email address provided on the website.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the payment method used for the original transaction or by another method agreed upon by both parties.
Refunds are processed within up to 14 banking days from the date the refund decision is made and all required information for processing the payment has been received.
The actual time required for funds to appear in the customer’s account may also depend on the policies and processing times of the relevant bank or payment provider.
Procedure for Disputed Payments
If you have any questions regarding a payment, a charge to your account, or the need for a refund, you may contact the administration of DentalKnysh Clinic by phone, email, or in person at the clinic.
When submitting a request, please provide:
- your full name and contact phone number;
- the date and amount of the payment;
- proof of payment (receipt, payment confirmation, or bank statement);
- a description of the issue or disputed transaction.
The clinic reviews all requests as quickly as possible and provides a response in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
Leave an application right now, fix the prices, if they rise, and you, for example, can only be at the reception in a month, then the prices before the increase will apply to you.
