Dental prosthetics is a procedure to restore the structure and functions of lost teeth, performed both on your own teeth and on implants.

The implementation of this dental treatment allows you to restore the aesthetics of the dentition, masticatory function, and also helps to preserve the remaining teeth.

Metal-free ceramic crowns are a durable and aesthetic material for permanent dentures. In our work, we use strong and stable all-ceramic crowns.

The main advantages of ceramic crowns:

Durability. The service life of a dental crown made of ceramics is about 30 to 40 years, and sometimes the crown lasts longer. The material retains its original properties for a long time, which is important not only from an aesthetic point of view but also for the health of the oral cavity. On a smooth surface, plaque is not delayed, which causes diseases of the teeth and gums.
High aesthetics. Permanent dentures with a special kind of porcelain are the best solution for the restoration of the teeth of the front group. It is almost impossible to distinguish a ceramic crown from a natural tooth (unless only by a dentist with a careful examination).
Maximum naturalness. ubsequently, each natural tooth is subject to natural abrasion. Upon contact with harder materials (metal or zirconium dioxide), the abrasion becomes pathological the tooth wears more than necessary. At contact with a ceramic crown, attrition occurs evenly and is equally distributed on a natural and artificial tooth, which have a low tendency to chip and split.

Zirconium crowns

Zirconium crowns are fixed dentures made of zirconium dioxide.

Zirconium crowns have a number of advantages:

Physically close to the natural tissues of the tooth;
They are as natural as possible, imitating the natural transparency of natural teeth;
Provide the maximum connection with an initial tooth;
Antibacteriality, which eliminates the formation of caries;
The material does not cause allergies;
The shape and color of the crowns are preserved for a long time.

Metal-ceramic

Prosthetics with metal-ceramic crowns is one of the ways to restore teeth or dentition using crowns made of a metal base and an outer ceramic shell.

Metal-ceramic crowns are relatively durable (service life 10-12 years) and inexpensive to install, but they are inferior in aesthetics and the teeth under them over time can break down.

Bridge prostheses

A bridge prosthesis is a fixed structure made of crowns and artificial teeth connected by a bridge. Two healthy teeth (or implants that replace teeth) are used as a support for the bridge.

Ceramic bridge prosthesis is made of safe, hypoallergenic material that can withstand any masticatory load and has excellent aesthetic characteristics.

Removable prosthetics

Removable dentures are made of plate, partially removable, clasp (arc), nylon, immediate dentures. Removable prosthetics are made mainly as temporary during the engraftment of implants or patients with a limited budget. As a permanent prosthesis is not recommended.

Exceptions are patients prone to allergies, we recommend removable prosthetics using thermoplastic – flexible nylon dentures.

Flexible or, as they are called, soft dentures do not break, do not injure the enamel of the abutment tooth, do not cause allergies, have the highest similarity to natural teeth and, what is very important, do not require pre-preparation of teeth.
The material of soft prostheses is not hygroscopic at all.
